| 1. Send a demand letter to your debtors. |
| 2. Verify addresses and assets. |
| 3. Have our experienced collectors
call the debtor to work out payment arrangements. All arrangements
are made by stipulations which must be signed by the debtor
and includes a confession of Judgment, so that once a deal is
made, it is enforceable. |
| 4. If no arrangement is made and there are identifiable assets, Stern & Stern will file suit and go to trial if necessary in an attempt to obtain a Judgment on your behalf. |
| 5. If a Judgment is obtained and the debtor owns property, Stern & Stern will file a lien against that property in an attempt to secure the payment of your Judgment. |
| 6. If available, Stern & Stern will file wage and bank attachments to collect upon the Judgment. |
